The post about hot vs cold weather. I reblogged it with my anti hot techniques because of how badly I react to cold. Heat avoiding techniques: Cold wet wash rags- get two, put one in the freezer and put the other on the back of your neck, swap out when one gets not cold enough. If one isn't cold enough in the freezer, buy more time by shaking one in the air quickly like a helicopter for a little more cold time before swapping. Don't have air conditioning? Turn on a fan, point it directly at you while wearing shorts, get a spray bottle and occasionally mist yourself for some cold from the water and moving air. Basically artificial sweating without dehydrating yourself. Drink cold water, if you have sensitive teeth this one isn't recommended. But cold drinks bring the cold into your body and can help. Eat ice. Or if you don't just want the crunch and cold, eat a cold treat or something. Avoiding the heat isn't just a matter of taking off layers, and fighting cold isn't as simple as adding a layer. At least not for me in regards to the cold.
